And, it's not just a place to eat, it is an experience. Check out their food menu and their drink menu. They open early too.
Want to know something else that is going to start happening on Sunday's at Mystic Paper? On Sunday, September 7th, we will have our first Sunday class of the season. Mike will be here teaching "Wrapped Secrets" Exploration of Beeswax and Fabric. In this class you will be introduced to a very basic technique of beeswax. You will first create a rich collage that tells a story using paper & photos. Then you will wrap the collage using material to create a strong, durable, and ghostly like surface. You'll also use alcohol ink, pigment inks, stencils, waxed linen and embellishments.
Don't let that huge description intimidate you. This is also a great class for a beginner or an advanced beeswax student that is looking for new technique. How can that be? It's Mike's way of teaching. He is the best, as the rest of the world will shortly find out!
