Look what we got...
Another delivery from 7 Gypsies!
We did get three very large boxes but none of the hole punches yet, sorry Sheri. There's always next week. However, we did get in your favorite ring bound books.

Doesn't it look like fun to dig around in boxes full of product?

IT REALLY IS!

Yesterday we received the new Somerset Memories magazine, and they are flying out of here, so if you need one...

Time for Paris...

We really can't say enough about Judy Bidwell!
Her classes are always fun and loved by our customers. Judy is a TRUE teacher through and through. She loves showing her students all of her wonderful techniques and great paper finds.
Today's class was no exception, with the first couple of hours being spent getting down and dirty with inking pages and stamping designs as backgrounds for what came next.

FLEA MARKET!
A Paris Flea Market was put together by me & Kim, for a couple of weeks we gathered anything that was Paris. Papers, rub-ons, vintage lace, twill, metals, vintage french book pages, french postage stamps, the list goes on and on.

We think the best part was actually getting to go through all the Paris flea market stuff.
There were one of a kind finds for sure.

Here is some evidence of all the fun, I wish I could have taken this class. -jw

Today's Goodies...

The long wait is over! We now have Lifelines, another incredible book from Carol Wingert & Tena Sprenger. Over 100 pages of great ideas and techniques to experiment with. The 3 different approaches to memory artwork are all designed to inspire you to create memory art about your own lifelines.

Scrapbook & Collage Papers book from Tweety Jill. This 12 x 12 paper pad is full of beautifully printed double sided papers. These papers are featured in other Tweety Jill books that you may already have: Vintage Collage for Scrapbooking, Creating Vintage Cards and Artists Designing with Photos. I think it would really be hard to decide which side of the papers to use they are just GORGEOUS!If you love the 7 Gypsies 6x6 paper packs, the new Hudson Valley Collection is here!
All of 7 Gypsies latest designs in the best mini form available, the 6x6 variety pack. We also have the Hudson Valley Rubbings...

We want to share some photos of Jennifer Wagner's Wax Painting class last night. As usual, it was very messy and tons of fun! And Kim says it smelled very good because of the bees wax. Everyone left HAPPY!

Shhh, it's a secret...

Crafty Secrets that is, just in time for the weekend!
We just got in 3 sets of their papers: Radiant, Earthy and Classic. These are gorgeous double sided papers that will be perfect for ATC cards, mini books and greeting cards.

If you haven't seen their new Clear Art Stamps online, you are in for a treat. I want a set of each they are so well done and detailed. Some folks put these on hold just after we ordered them so I know many of these will sell out quickly, so hurry in for the best selection.

We also have more of the Vintage Cuts and Vintage Stickers-we are always selling out of these.
That Sandy at Crafty Secrets is VERY CRAFTY. She called this past week to tell us that they will have a booth at the Creating Keepsakes Convention in Mesa and she asked if I would help work in their booth, so of course I will, but that leaves Kim here at the store that weekend, so be sure to visit her.

This past week, which we haven't mentioned already...Cavellini is in the house! Just a taste though until we get in our real order of it. We are in love with it (I have been for at least 10 years).
That's it for now...until next week when we are expecting yet more new product to feast our eyes on and to add to our collections. -jw

For some the long wait is over!

YEAH! The Rubber Stamping Artist Trading Cards books are here. This book is full of great ideas and photos. A must have for sure, I mean like totally.

More, more, more...how do you like it?

For all of you who have been wanting us to get in more stamps...here's some now.

These are some of Tim Holtz new cling mount stamps from Stampers Anonymous. We also have more of his wood mounted stamps back in with many of his brand new designs.

Some of you may have been looking for this, the 8x8 Tim Holtz Mother Goose paper. After a long, long search we've found some and it's back. Um...it does look much better without the shrink wrap.

And our first LUCKY shopper today with her brand new copy of Rubber Stamping and a set of the Tim Holtz cling mounted stamps is...PATTY!

So, So Busy!

We have been so busy these last few days that we haven't had a chance to tell everyone what's been happening. So, I will make an effort to try to tell all of you what's been going on. I will have to go back a couple of days to fill you all in.

Thursday we received a couple of boxes of new product. Some very fun stuff that we are just can’t wait to try out:
Lumiere paints, some Golden soft gel, which is great for ink jet prints and other miscellaneous fun artsy items. Kim also got her hands on some vintage rhinestone ribbon, this stuff out sparkles any glittery sparkly thing I have ever seen, (except maybe some of my earrings) this won’t be around for long, it’s just that gorgeous!

Art Declassified stamps are here! These stamps are great and they are picture perfect and FUN! I love the cling mount stamps now I think they’re my favorite. We also have some acrylic blocks in a few different sizes.

We also got in Daisy D’s Beacon Street Collection-every paper and tons of their gorgeous new rub-ons…to die for I’m tellin’ ya, you’ll have to come see for yourself.

Now that's a whole lotta paper!
Friday was Downtown Mesa’s first “Night Out in Mesa” which is going to be a monthly event. So on the second Friday of each month many merchants and restaurants will remain open until 9:00 P.M. Last night being the first Night Out was very successful with live entertainment to boot. Make it a point to come downtown on one of these evenings and enjoy some of the stores that aren’t usually open past 5:00 P.M.

Yesterday was also our Basic Grey Designer Day, a big thank you to Linda Albrecht who came and taught two Basic Grey classes. Linda is quite talented and we love her work, we can’t wait to have her back next year. Everybody had fun during the classes we even had some food and treats out for Linda’s students.

A great class example, thanks Patty.
