Soap Box: So, in the future we recommend not doing any business with this company, they put us through a lot of stressful days without phone, or internet. And all because we were going to switch phone services, but then we couldn't because of our wireless server. Then we had to cancel and they didn't switch our phone number back. SHEESH!

We have Integra at my work and have had nothing put problems too! Many many days the phones go down for hours at a time.... how can you conduct business, Sheesh!
That just sucks!!!!
been there done that and it is miserable without phones believe me I know and a business just makes it worse. Maybe you should charge them for business lost!!!
That's a great idea Sherry! We had a big group in today who are all heading up to Prescott to spend time with Tim Holtz. They all told us they had been trying to call us, now we wonder how many of them didn't come in because they couldn't call us first. We're thinking at least 10 of them. :)
