Let's start with tomorrows class with Josie. Yep, Josie is back! She will be teaching "Soldering Found Objects" on Wednesday, August 20th 10:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

This Thursday, August 21st 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Mike is back with another installment of "Grungey Visions" Storytelling With Beeswax and Plexiglass. In this class you are invited to bring your own photo if would like. Mike will scan it and print it out on a transparency for you to use in your collage.

Version 2 of this class, and probably the most popular. Wouldn't this make a great Halloween decoration?

Melt Art Basics has been moved to Saturday, August 23rd 1:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. for all of you that can't make it to a week night class. Have you been wondering what to do with that Melting Pot you bought? How about the UTEE that you thought would be so much fun? Come learn how to have fun with both of those and learn to color it, stamp in it, make jewelery with it, and most importantly have fun with it! Susan is a Ranger U Certified educator and loves to share all of the secrets she learned there!

The Mini Charm class with Josie is on Tuesday August 26th 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. You will learn to solder 3 small charms and have a glass cutting demo.

Time 2 Cook with Kim Hesson is being taught on Saturday August 30th 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
This recipe book is made using one of the many wood designs that Kim makes herself. This busy lady is not only teaching in Arizona she will be in California at "An Artistic Affaire" teaching as well!

This cute "Dick and Jane Back To School Book" is the perfect thing for keeping your childs special school papers in. The cover is a clipboard and inside are several decorated envelopes for you to store all of the special memories in. It has a Dick and Jane theme throughout and is just the cutest! Join Caroline to make this special treasure for your school age kids. Caroline is teaching this class on Saturday, August 30th 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

That completes our August line up! There are alot of very exciting things happening with a few of the teachers here at Mystic Paper. We have a big announcement to make about one teacher, but we'll wait until they announce it their self. We wouldn't want it by letting the cat out of the bag.

It's over at midnight!

That is our contest for the give away celebrating our 300th post. So scroll down and leave a comment to win the Threading Water Fiskars Border Punch. Good Luck!
Mike P. had a very busy day...

Mike started his day with his "28 Crowns" Metal Tape and Sculpey class. Here's a look at just a few of the many supplies he needs to teach this class. One of the wonderful things about attending one of Mike's classes is that he brings everything you need. Of course if you want to bring something special for your project that's fine too. Some students want to "make it their own" and some want exactly what Mike has done.

His second class of the day was "Grungey Visions" Storytelling with Plexiglass and Beeswax.

Here are a couple of the ladies getting busy.

Lisa brought her own photo to "make it her own" and it was scanned and printed just for her project. That's her and her sister in the photo she is holding. (Don't worry Lisa, I won't tell them what else you said!)

Here's Mike hard at work teaching his beeswax technique. All eyes on the iron!

Showing off his coloring techniques.

There was one brave student who stayed all day and took both classes and by the end of the day every single student wished they had done the same. We will be scheduling another "28 Crowns" Metal Tape and Sculpey class soon. Watch the web site for it. If you are interested in the "Grungey Visions" class another one is scheduled for Thursday, August 21st 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. There are a few spots left and this class is being attended by both men and women. So, come on guys, what are you waiting for?

You know when class is a success when you get comments like this...I loved it! I've never taken a class where I like what I finished, and I love this! Best teaching technique ever! And I could go on and on, but i won't.

Now, I have to sadly admit that I don't have pictures of the ladies finished projects. It was just too busy! So ladies, you know who you are, please, please e-mail a picture to kim@mysticpaper.com so I can post them. Every single one was fabulous!

New Product Arriving Daily!

Isn't this paper 2 die for! It's even better in person because what you can't see in the picture is that the edges and raven on this paper is actually black glitter. And, it doesn't rub off. And the little pumpkin faces are die cut. The cutest Halloween Paper we've seen so far! It's the Making Memories Spellbound line.

There are kits and the box of embellishments has 192 pieces in it. It includes buttons, felt shapes, printed shapes, and die cuts. And, we have some of the best Halloween ribbons to go with it.

Euphoria Collections Packs. Judy, I know we said we weren't ordering this line but we caved and got some. Come on, it's Basic Grey!

Euphoria 6 x 6 Paper Pads

Tattered Angels Glimmer Chips (notice the fleur de lis on top) and Glimmer Screens.

We have a new book in, Suze Weinberg's Melt Art Impressions. And speaking of Melt Art, we have a class, taught by Susan Johnson who is a Ranger Certified teacher. She is teaching her Melt Art Basics class on Tuesday, August 19th 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. You will learn the basics of using the Melting Pot including transfer magic, faux soldering, faux stained glass, and jewelry basics all using UTEE.

And speaking of books and classes, we have more copies of Josie Cirincione's new book "Bent, Bound, and Stitched". We sold out of her book so fast when we first got it we just had to get more. Josie is teaching her famous "Mini Soldered Charm" class on Wednesday, August 20th 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. We're so glad she's back!

New Heidi Swapp Clear Acrylic Crown Stamps.

You've been asking us to carry these Staples and now we are! (See, we really do listen).

Two of the greatest tools on earth. The Basic Grey Tool Kit and The Rub On Roller. Seriously, you can't live without these
Don't forget to get your survey in to us by the end of today. And, please make sure you read the last post and get yourself entered to win our "300th Post" Give Away!
Wow! Our 300th Post! Let's celebrate...

And this month is also our 4 Year Anniversary! We will be having our Customer Appreciation celebration next month (we had to change the date to September 19th & 20th), but to kick off the celebration early we have decided to give something away. We have been overwhelmed with requests for the Threading Water Border Punch. We have sold out of them twice and we thought they were all gone again. But, while going through our back stock Jennifer came across this one last punch.

So, leave us a comment before Midnight on Sunday, August 17th and you will be entered in the raffle to be the proud owner of this popular punch! YIPPEE!
